When we plan a house, and want to approve, we need approval drawing, many of the new engineers and architects have no idea how to do the approval drawing! And what a drawing! You get the ideas of approval, so I am giving a sample drawing that can be useful to you.
If you want to build a building under the municipality, you can not build, no matter how big the drawing is done by the engineer, it will not work if you do not get permission from the authorities.
Let's not know what it will take-
First you have to apply in the application form and submit 7 copies of the drawing, but in some municipalities, it is less than that. Drawings are to be submitted in 30"x20" size ammonia sheet or tracing paper (with blueprint tracing paper).

The 17. Setback (very urgent), refers to the release of a certain amount of land around the building.
Accessory Papers:
1. Certificate of recognition from an engineer who is a member of a professional organization.
2 Member number and signature and seal of the Engineer Professional Association.
3. Photocopy of the original document.
4. Dag number, Khatian number and mouza name.
5. Signature of the owner.
6. Soil test report (if more than 3 floors).
7. Amount of land and schedule.
8. Fixed fees.
